No Refunds Policy

1. General Policy

All payments made to The Myriad, The Myriad Institute, or His Eminence Baba Siete ("we," "us," "the House") for divination readings, spiritual work, ritual services, regalia and ritual implements, courses, memberships, consultations, and any other offering listed on this website are final and non-refundable, except where explicitly stated otherwise in this policy or where required by applicable law.

By submitting payment — whether through this website, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, bank transfer, or any other method — the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy in full.

2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

• Labor is rendered upon engagement. Divination, spiritual diagnosis, and ritual work begin the moment a request is accepted — often before any visible product or written report is delivered. Time, energy, materials, and spiritual labor are expended regardless of outcome.

• Custom and consecrated work cannot be resold. Regalia, jewelry, nkisi, and other ritual implements are made to order and/or spiritually prepared for a specific client. Once work has begun, materials are committed and cannot be repurposed.

• Spiritual outcomes are not guaranteed and are not a basis for refund. Divination and spiritual work operate according to natural and spiritual law, not client expectation. A reading, working, or piece of counsel delivered as requested — even if the client is dissatisfied with the content, the message, or the outcome — does not constitute non-performance.

• Sacred and confidential process. Ritual and diagnostic work cannot be "undone," inspected for a refund determination, or returned.

3. Services Covered

This policy applies to, without limitation:

• Divination readings and other consultations

• Spiritual protection and reversal (R2S) work

• Custom ritual regalia, jewelry, and implements (e.g., rosaries, rings of office, nkisi)

• Petitions, workings, and ceremonial services

• Courses, trainings, and educational content offered through The Myriad Institute

• Consultations, strategy sessions, and advisory calls

• Digital products, PDFs, and recorded materials

• Deposits and partial payments toward any of the above

4. Deposits and Partial Payments

Deposits secure a client's place in the work queue and cover the initial phase of labor (research, diagnosis, sourcing materials, scheduling). Deposits are non-refundable once submitted, even if the client later cancels before work is completed.

5. Delays and Timelines

Spiritual and custom work does not follow a retail production schedule. Timelines communicated are estimates, not guarantees. Delays in delivery — whether of a reading, a working, or a physical item — are not grounds for a refund. Clients will be kept reasonably informed of progress upon request.

6. Cancellations

• If we or the client must cancel or reschedule on our end, the client will be offered a rescheduled session; this is the sole remedy and does not entitle the client to a cash refund.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through a bank, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, or any other payment processor without first contacting us directly is treated as a breach of this agreement and may result in:

• Immediate termination of any ongoing or future work

• Referral to collections and/or legal counsel

• Permanent refusal of future services

• Public notice within professional/spiritual community networks where relevant to protect other practitioners, at our discretion and within the bounds of applicable law

Clients agree to raise any concern with us directly, in writing, before pursuing a dispute through a third party.

8. Exceptions

Refunds or store credit may be considered, at our sole discretion, only in the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate payment made in error

• Non-delivery: no work was performed, no reading was given, and no materials were sourced or consecrated, and we confirm in writing that the engagement did not begin

• Situations where applicable consumer protection law in the client's jurisdiction mandates a refund

Any exception granted is at our sole discretion and does not waive this policy for future transactions.

9. How to Raise a Concern

Clients who have a concern about work received should contact us in writing at our email contacts within 14 days of delivery. We will review the concern in good faith. A remedy, if any, may take the form of clarification, a follow-up working, or store credit — not a cash refund — except as described in Section 8.

10. Agreement

Engaging our services, submitting payment, or placing an order constitutes acceptance of this No Refunds Policy in its entirety. Please note that prices are subject to change as a result of updated shipping, material, labor, and other costs.
